Service Level Agreement

For downtime related to network or power, get 2% credit (for that month's service charge) for every 60 minutes until 100% of the service fee is reached.
All downtime caculations are based from in house monintoring software and are not subject to any outside factors (3rd Party Network outages or blocking).
